Why do people keep cutting holes in slices of bread and putting it on their pet’s face.

I’m living one of those stories where the main character goes on with an uninspiring life and no ambition and she doesn’t know why. Then she goes through a random life-changing experience that changes the was she looks at things and becomes totally inspired to get up and live the adventures she sees on TV and reads in books. And so that’s what she does.

Except, in the story I’m in, the sudden change of life relapses after a week or so and I continue back into the mundane computer-programming, frozen pizza-eating, Netflix-marathoning, slouch that I am.

This is a hilariously unwholesome page from the Labyrinth Family Activity Book. I especially like the juxtaposition between the text (an alternate version of how Sarah kicked Jareth’s ass) and the image (Sarah being tenderly covered by Jareth’s cloak, and the two of them making goo-goo eyes at each other).

(This is 100% real. btw folks. This book is very hard to come by, though.)
